The Ottawa Fringe is looking for a qualified individual to work with us as Patron and
Client Services Coordinator.

Patron and Client Services Coordinator
Salary Range: $32,000 to $34,000

This is a regular part time role with a schedule of 32 hours each week on average.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Patron and Client Services Coordinator’s responsibilities include:
● Client Relations (contracts, rental agreements, staffing requirements)
● Creating and maintaining a volunteer database
● Recruiting, scheduling, training and managing Arts Court Theatre volunteers as required
● Designing and implementing a volunteer plan for our Festivals
● Coordinating box office and front of house requirements for Arts Court Theatre clients, including scheduling front of house staff/volunteers
● Coordinating box office services for the Ottawa Fringe Festival and undercurrents

We are looking for:
● Customer service or Client relation experience
● Strong computer skills, particularly using Excel and/or other database management software
● Previous experience coordinating and administering customer-based programs
● Experience in supervising staff and volunteers is an asset
● Knowledge of the local performing arts and business community is an asset
● Experience working in the not-for-profit sector is an asset
● Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, high energy, creativity, a collaborative spirit, and the cultural sensitivity needed to work effectively in a diverse environment of artists, producers, creative and management teams
● Bilingual (French/English)
