Fringe Family Day: Capital Circus

2:30-3:30pm: Capital Circus Workshop

Capital Circus will be providing a free workshop to nurture young talent. Capital Circus offers circus arts classes for all ages and skill levels in Ottawa. Their programs include hand balancing, contortion, unicycle, German wheel, aerial arts, acrobatics, and juggling. Classes are designed to build flexibility, strength, and confidence, culminating in the creation of a group performance.

4-5:30pm: Capital Circus Showcase

The Capital Circus workshop will be followed by a circus performance welcoming folks to explore the world of circus arts.

Our performance with four artists – Gabrielle, Michael, Aria and Gwen a dynamic acts bringing a captivating skills, flexibility, artistry and musicality to the stage! Get ready for an unforgettable performance featuring juggling routines, diabolo juggling as well as unicycle mastery. Also the truly unique act of violin played live atop a unicycle. This act is a seamless fusion balancing on unicycle and playing violin.

Gabrielle and Michael performance is perfect for all ages, also blending circus arts with a musical twist that will leave audiences surprised. The incredible contortion duo of Gwen & Aria, bringing a breathtaking flexibility to the stage!
