I laughed until my face hurt!
Do not miss this one!
This is exactly what I want out of a clown show! Absurd anticts and silly audience interactions, had me laughing all throughout. Definitely worth a watch if you’re looking for something fun at the Fringe.

Truth & Beauty is a one-woman clown performance featuring artist Katherine Marino. The line is blurred between audience and performer, as you take a leap of faith with Marino to make beautiful art and confess daring truths.
A hilarious clown performance, I quite literally could not stop laughing. Beyond just a comedic performance, the show had some juggling, some song and dance, and plenty of impressive acrobatic moves. We were also well taken care of as audience members — at one point, Marino was feeding pieces of a banana to each member of the crowd.
That being said, Truth & Beauty has plenty of audience participation. If you are someone who borderline wants to be part of the show itself, then this performance is for you. I managed to get on stage with approximately nine other audience members, learning and performing a dance number.
Make sure you catch Truth & Beauty this Fringe to experience a comedy performance like none other. You can be 50 percent sure that you’re getting cake at the end, and 100 percent sure that Marino has created the most beautiful show in the world — just as she’d hoped for.
Go in blind and I promise you’ll have a great time. Really impressed, big recommend!
Laughter and absurdity is guaranteed! And maybe even cake. Not only is it a clown show but there’s also dance and circus, it’s sure to entertain!!
I’ve seen 14 shows this year, and this is my top pick.
The show is polished and well-paced. It’s engaging, well thought out, and you won’t be able to take the smile off your face. Katherine is a skilled physical performer with a tight script who knows exactly how to create truly engaging moments for and with her audience.
Captivating clown, marvelous movement, juggling hats and celine dion, can’t go wrong.
This just in: clowns are not scary. Well maybe just a bit.
Katherine Marino enters the space ominously with hair over face like “The Ring”. But instead of mining souls, she produces a banana from said hair. And has the common sense to share the snack with the audience. Whew.
This clown show (you can tell by the red nose) is a bit sassy, full of knowing winks, squirts from a water gun, and an old timey hat juggling routine. This is Vaudeville stuff, incorporating dance, gymnastics, fancy costume changes, and audience smooching. You have been warned.
There are no pies in the face routines, but Marino does eat her cake.
