Never was there a tale of more whoa
than that of fast cars, found family and fierce foes.
Jules was raised on the streets, his crew is the only family he’s ever known.
Dagger straight Rom, his family shattered, speeds towards an early gravestone.
Is Blood thicker than NOS? Is this race already a loss?
Can pure adrenaline overcome a failing family?
Or are these lane-crossed brothers doomed to tragedy?
Everything you love about the fast and the furious and the best bits of romeo and juliet, plus slapstick, juggling, dancing, puns and homoeroticism. Stellar cast brings big energy and rhyming couplets. What more could you want? Bring your chosen family for high octane hilarious thrill ride. Must see fringe!
I was cry laughing for an hour
I need to bring a Dead Unicorn Ink bingo card next time. This show had it all. Blood, outrageous props, puppets, non stop sexual innuendos and endless car puns
I feel like this company just gets better every year. Amazing writer/director and the best cast ensemble. 5 stars!!!!!
Fantastic show! So many hilarious moments, witty dialogue, thrills galore and fabulous acting. Dead Unicorn has done it again. Congratulations to the amazing cast and director/writer!
A must see Fringe Festival show!
Obsessed.
Patrice delivers epic, wild vision that Baz Luhrmann would be jealous of.
Honestly, go see it, don’t think, just go.
Amazing bisexual lighting!! ;)
Family.
My body was HOT for FIFTEEN minutes after the show ended. I never want to watch ANYTHING ELSE ever AGAIN. The V&V was SMART, SEXY and CAMPY on N2O and on ALL cylinders–the writing, the acting, the set and costumes. Dead Unicorn Ink is a shining citadel on the top of a very horny hill.
tl;dr: WATCH THIS SHOW
When I was laughing my ass off, I was grinning like an idiot, and when I wasn’t grinning I was gasping at the drama! A brilliant mashup that ends up working so well with a fantastic payoff!n
An absolutely wild mashup of two stories that were meant to be together. Stylish, smart, sexy, and so very funny. Bring your friends, laugh until you cry — this is Fringe at its most fun.
Theatricality abounds, hallelujah! Movement, sound, music, lights, pentameter (and rhyming couplets), committed performances, smart-silly fun. More, please.
