When the show starts with an ask for forgiveness you’re always a little wary, but as Fenton said – the show must go on.
This gave a lot of Waiting for Godot vibes, angled towards a very Canadian problem in the twenty first century. Loved the blocking and the concept especially in this one.
A really great play with a thought-provoking concept. The actors were really captivating. As someone who has waited before but has decided to move out of the queue, it felt really validating to see an internalized experience on a stage.
Very powerful and creative. Left me with chills.
