  1. Incredible show! Also, not about dating! I’m applying the economic theory she taught us to my own life now.

    Cathartic.
Cassie is a delight onstage and off. We are lucky ro have her back in Ottawa for this moment. I’ll miss you Cassie!!!

  2. Funny, insightful, and personal. A wonderful piece of storytelling punctuated by hilarious observations of economic theory. Definitely left me thinking after I left the theatre. Make it a priority to go see it!

  3. Such an engaging, excellent storytelling, humourous and honest, and learned about economics. Must see!!

  4. As an identified Asian, I don’t praise often. When we do praise, its like giving a hortcrux away because we can only give so much of our material form before we’re gone.

    The show was amazing!!

It was a masterclass in storytelling and comedy as the performer interleaves joy and pain, edging catharsis until the very end.

What i enjoyed most was their emoting. My Asian mom doesnt emote much so it was refreshing to see this Asian queen sharing a very personal and funny story with us.

    Gold star. 5/5. S tier.

  5. CBC here, “Chinese born Canadian”.

Loved your show, on its script and delivery.

And Lisgar high-school? So, were you in gifted?
You might have been in some of my son’s classes.

I loved your perspective on racism, and supremacy, from a Chinese perspective.
I had never heard the “pyramid” before, presented as clearly as you did.
And the poke at “pedo’s…”. Yup, … deep sigh there.

Congratulations on being selected “Best of Fringe”. Well deserved !!!

Good luck with future shows !!!
