1990s Toronto: voice over work is a great way to find gigs. Two actors enter the same recording booth at two different times of day to dub a Japanese show about a group of magical girls fighting for hope and justice.
Content Notes
- Mature language: for the swearing and references to sex.
- Sexual content: for descriptions of intimate contact (breasts), references to characters’ personal sex lives. No on-stage nudity or intimate contact.
- Mental health: there are references to characters dealing with queerphobia (homophobia explicitly, transphobia more implied) and misogyny. Some characters make flippant reference to suicide and self harm, but there is no on-stage self harm.
