  1. Dimensions of Opacity, offers a wide range of options to choose from. Its innovative use of phones to use as a soundscapes to the movement on stage offers an individualized experience to theatre. I love that it makes me question what theatre is, and does theatre need to be experienced together?

If you want a unique experience, look no further. Bring your charged device and headphones!

  2. Dimensions of Opacity has a lot of potential, but did not hit the mark for me, unfortunately. Conceptually, I see the vision. Practically, the execution seemed rushed and had very little attention to detail. It felt like half the show was missing. I’d be interested in seeing this in a less structured and more intimate venue… Maybe a small cabaret space or incorporated into a larger event in a club, bar, or art gallery. The venue did not suit the show unfortunately. Unfortunately I can not recommend seeing this show until the technical and structural issues are solved.

  3. Dimensions of Opacity invites audiences to be active participants by choosing which audio track to accompany the diverse performance styles occurring on stage. Experimental, experiential, and engaging even if you forget your headphones

  4. lovely evening show, very meditative. i kept my volume just loud enough that i could slide my headphones off one ear and have the music blend with the sound in the space and mix into an overlap. the moments of silence make you think about the sound in the venue around you — breathing, shuffling, a rumbling stomach. it all becomes part of the soundtrack. wonderful sonic textures
