It was meant to be a simple night at the theatre, but with a dame, a detective, and a dastardly criminal, it’s anything but!
A (fake) cigar is held, but not smoked. That’s it as far as smoking goes. There’s a great big swordfight! (No injuries and everyone lives.)
All shows will be masked.
*This performance will be audio described.
Can they dodge leading ladies, opera ghosts, and the wrath of scorned techies in time to catch a killer? More importantly, can they snag that coveted Gumshoe of the Year Award? Film noir gets taken for a farcical spin, and it may never be the same again.

There’s been a murder, and Bampot is back on the case!
A brilliant (and standalone!) follow-up to 2021’s show from the Dangerous Dames, Dead Silence shows well over three years of gained experience, taking what was a great show to something truly magical. Easter eggs abound for prior shows, classic mystery, British comedy, and future shows? Who’s to say.
See! This! Show! See it twice! It’ll be worth it.
Go see this provided you enjoy laughing out loud. Arthur Bampot, detective if only on a technicality, returns with his similarly off-kilter socialite dame… and a cast of dozens, mostly played by other two actors. This rapid-fire comedy provides so many jokes that there’s always another one right on its heels. Equal measures of The Goon Show, Sam Spade, Monty Python, and the NBC Mystery of the Week combine to produce a diverting show. A worthy sequel to “Arthur Bampot and the Case of the Kept Man” in 2022, but don’t worry, you don’t need to have seen the first installment to enjoy this one!
Feel like you have a deadend job? This for you! The players rotate roles between performances, so each time it is a bit different. Like all-dressed potato chips! Give them a try.
I absolutely loved this show. Author Bampot was such a fun, delightful show full of quick jokes, high energy, a d good fun. This is the height that Fringe can get to.
Dangerous dames strikes again! This show is absolutely hilarious, mixing modern and dry british humour with 50s speak, and absurdist ridiculousness. Always worth a watch
A delightful, fast-paced comedy. Bonus jokes if you know the genre, but it’s silly fun for anyone. The actors are great and keep the energy bubbling, and the show is packed with jokes: Even something as simple as a scene change is given a flourish that leads to a laugh. Well-rehearsed, light, and easy to love.
Campy, fast-paced noir with brilliant performances, creative staging and some excellent sight gags. And swords! Another smart, fun show from Dangerous Dames.
