The 2010 Ottawa Fringe Festival is over!
But before we closed the festival for another year, Executive Producer Natalie Joy Quensel announced the winners of the 2010 Peer Awards. A committee of accomplished professionals and dedicated Fringe patrons from Ottawa’s arts community saw every show in the festival and chose the winners in the following categories.
