What’s worse? Waiting for something good to happen, or waiting for something bad? Find out in this Godot-inspired tragicomedy about three office rivals trapped in their company break-room with half a bottle of liquor and a goldfish. Following its 2025 Toronto premiere with Bygone Theatre Presents, TNTD is proud to take you back to the office for another round of performance reviews… literally.

  1. Funny, eerie, sad. A+ writing, strong tight performances by a seasoned cast. Corporate dystopia, descent into some kind of madness. Nice suits. Go see!

  2. Nonstop laughs while on the edge of our seat. Suspenseful, surreal, hilarious. I’ll be thinking about it for a long time. A must see this year.

  3. Jumped in my seat several times! Laughed! incredible acting and the overall quality is top notch.

I hope The Very extremely real Clementine is happy backstage on the off days :)

  4. A splendid show that expertly combines laughs and tension. Such a sharply executed production, excellent job from the actors involved. The crispness of the dialogue punctuates the waiting involved.
But what exactly are we waiting for?

  5. A delightful play with so many twists that keep you on the edge of your seat from start to finish. The chemistry between the actors is so natural. Like the fish Clementine you will be hooked once you see this play.

  6. A really fun and tense play that has moments of absurdist moments followed by very surreal intensity. The actors really flesh out the tight script and the twists really put you on the edge of your seat. I would definitely recommend to watch this play.

  7. We absolutely loved – LOVED – this show! It is beautifully written – at once tragic and funny. The actors were amazing, filling the space and conveying the claustrophobia of a competitive environment where trust is just some jargon that gets thrown around. Who among us hasn’t experienced hell in the form of corporate small talk and jockeying for a position we hate – all when we just want to go home.
