1. This was a great show! Emo is warm and charming, just a lovely guy. Very funny and relatable.

2. I saw opening day and Emo has a lot of charisma and charm! I thought his story was unique and he definitely got a few laughs out of me! I was impressed with the way he handled the audience demographic – I was the only one in attendance who wasn’t a senior :) the crowd reacted really well. My only suggestion is not to rely so heavily on asking audience members about themselves – to me it read as a way to draw the set out longer and not as a bid for connection with the audience as I found these moments didn’t tie back in very well with the rest of the set. This comedy show felt authentic and his story of coming from being a refugee to growing his family to now living in LA was funny and engaging. Great show! Will recommend to others.

3. Hate to break it to Byron – but unless being in your 30s now counts as senior he was far from the only non-senior in the audience opening day.

   The show was a fun retelling of Emo’s journey from Refugee Camp to LA, and all the stops he’s gone through in between. It’s easy to see how he’s built such an impressive CV from his quick whit and ability to pivot and riff off the audience. The show will easily keep you laughing and leave you with a smile.
