My husband and I saw the show on Saturday and we were completely blown away by Sam’s heartfelt performance. Her stories were totally relatable and delivered in such a way that we were completely drawn in. She effortlessly moved through multiple story lines and delivered each with such raw emotion. We were completely captivated. Well done Sam. Can’t wait to see what’s next.
What a beautiful, vulnerable journey through anxiety and grief and what it’s like to grow up feeling like an outsider. Made me cry for the beauty of being seen while sitting in the dark. Go see it!
I saw a preview of this show in Toronto. It was great!! It really weaves tremendous emotional vulnerability and earnestness with a lot of humor and insight. There’s an enormous amount of rawness in it, but it’s also really well crafted. Definitely worth seeing!!
What an incredible show, I’m so glad I got to experience it! Sam is able to bring you to tears (literally) one minute, and the next make the entire audience belly laugh. Her performance was deliciously specific and endlessly charming. The show is expertly written, thoughtfully crafted, and brilliantly executed – A MUST SEE!!!!
