Executive Producer Natalie Joy Quesnel announced the BEST IN FEST winners  tonight during Chats with Cat.

The top selling show in each venue (based on total number of tickets sold over their first four performances) will receive an extra performance on Sunday, June 27 at 9:30 pm.  See a show you missed the first time, or see something you loved a second time!

Congratulations to the following shows and companies:

Venue #1 – Arts Court Theatre

Inertia Productions:
The Duck Wife

Venue #2 – Arts Court Library

That Dinosaur is Blue Productions
Men Telling Stories

Venue #3 – SAW Gallery

Big Cat Facial Cream Productions
Dale Beaner and the Turtle Boy

Venue #4 – Academic Hall

Prairie Fire Presents
Burlesque Unzipped

Venue #5 – Studio Leonard-Beaulne

Was a TIE between Shadows (Queen Mab / Parry Riposte Productions) and 7 (x1) Samurai (David Gaines).

But through a tiebreaker it was determined that Shadows would receive the extra performance.

Remember: tickets for BEST IN FEST performances can only be purchased by phone, in person (at the main Fringe Box Office), or at the door 1 hour prior to performance time. Tickets will be available for purchase Saturday June 26 at 1:00 pm.

Maybe all the conservative MPs could turn up on Jan 24, or at least turn on the lihtgs in their offices. Are all the offices closed down with staff on holiday. If the MPs shouldn’t be paid, neither should their staff. Wonder what their union would say about that. Tomorrow everyone should phone the constituency office of their MP and see where they are, what is on their schedule, are they even in Canada. Was Iggy’s conference call on taxpayers dime. The coalition is planning something, and IMHO planned to jump during the Olympics.
